No. CORE360 includes out-of-the-box working modules, including areas such as Administration, General Ledger, Budgeting & Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Expense Management, Purchasing, Sales and others. New integrated modules can be created around the processes, terminology and rules a business needs, with further areas constantly being added to the out-of-the-box solution.

Yes. CORE360 supports audit trails, activity history, review points, approval evidence, supporting documents and controlled records. This helps authorised users trace what changed, who performed or approved an action, and when it occurred.

Integrations can support near real-time communication where a process depends on current information, while the exact interface, frequency, validation and error-handling requirements are configured for each connected system. CORE360Mobile gives authorised users access to mobile-enabled modules and forms. Depending on their permissions, users can switch company, view dashboards and drill-down information, receive notifications, approve or decline workflow requests, view and maintain records, validate, save, post or run supported processes, and capture or attach supporting photos and documents.

CORE360 is designed for deployment on Microsoft Azure and uses authenticated access, company context, user roles, groups and permissions to control what each user can see and do. Audit trails and approval evidence support accountability, while backup, retention and infrastructure security are configured within the client's Azure environment. CORE360 supports multi-company and multi-currency operations. A company can be configured with its relevant operating or base currency, while transactions can be recorded in other currencies using the applicable exchange-rate treatment. This allows companies in different jurisdictions to operate in their own currencies while supporting consolidated group reporting.

CORE360 Accounts Payable can streamline supplier-invoice processing by keeping the document, captured invoice data, validation, approval and posting in one controlled flow. Invoice images or PDFs can be attached, OCR-assisted capture can reduce manual re-keying, and configured checks and approval workflows help move valid invoices forward while exceptions remain visible for review.

Yes. CORE360 includes OCR capability for extracting text and structured content from PDF documents and common image formats. It can support processes such as supplier-invoice capture, but recognised information should still pass configured validation and human review before it is approved or posted.

CORE360Mobile can be used by authenticated CORE360 users who have access to the relevant company and to forms enabled for mobile use. Their existing permissions continue to apply. Depending on those permissions, they can review dashboards and drill-downs, work with records, receive and action approval notifications, run permitted activities, and capture or view supporting attachments from a mobile device.
